Physical Changes of Some Colored Table Grape Varieties During Ripening

In this study, it was aimed to determine the physical changes of seven different colored table grape varieties in samples taken at periods until ripening time. The cultivars used study are Alphonse Lavallée, Royal, Tekirdağ Çekirdeksizi, Michael Palieri, Karaerik, Bilecik İrikara and Horoz Karası. Grape were harvested for four weeks (20.08.2019, 27.08.2019, 02.09.2019 09.09.2019) every week approximately one month ripening. Cluster weight, bunch length width, berry width-length hardness values from grapes. Karası variety attracted attention with its cluster weight (550.86 g) width (15.01 cm) characteristics. Palieri stood out (8.92 Lavallée (0.94). Physical characteristics all fall maturity differed according both cultivars.
